J.R. has been acting, singing and dancing
professionally for over 12 years. His favorite
rolls include Beast in Beauty & and the
Beast, Frankie in Forever Plaid, Judas in
Jesus Christ Superstar and Pippin in Pippin.
He is a certified teacher who currently works
in the Theatre Department of Florida Atlantic
University and teaches and directs shows at
Standing Ovation Performing Arts.
J.R. is the co-founder of Standing Ovation
Performing Arts and ACTademics and
specializes in musical theatre, directing and
improvisation.

Erin Coley has been teaching theatre for over 8
experience running area tutoring centers where
experience running area tutoring centers where she
found that children need the performing arts! She has
been performing and directing since she was young with
favorite credits including Into the Woods, Summer of '42,
The Musical, Oklahoma!, Chorus Line & Camelot. Erin is
passionate about arts education. Favorite directing
credits include Up the Down Staircase, Steel Magnolias,
Into the Woods, & award-winning Help Wanted. She
firmly believes that every child can develop needed
life-skills through the performing arts.
Erin founded Standing Ovation Performing Arts
(alongside hubby, J.R.) & ACTademics and teaches
many classes at Standing Ovation and elsewhere. She
is a former Palm Beach County drama teacher and a
former Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation
Consultant. Erin is actively involved in arts education
groups and Palm Beach County schools and judges
local theatre competitions regularly.
Erin specializes in directing, acting, improvisation, vocal
and auditioning.

Originally from New Orleans, Shaun grew up in Houma, Louisiana, a
small town southwest of the city, and has been singing, dancing, and
acting for over 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music
from Nicholls State University and is certified to teach Music in the
state of Florida. She taught private voice and piano lessons at the
South Louisiana Center for the Arts and Choir at Vandebilt Catholic
High School in her hometown.
Some of Shaun's favorite roles include Philia in A Funny Thing
Happened on the Way to the Forum, Actress 3 in A....My Name is Alice,
Shulie in School House Rock: Live, Poopsie in Pajama Games, and
Gladys in Radio Gals. She was also the lead choreographer and
principal dancer for A...My Name is Alice, Pajama Games, and Radio
Gals. She has only lived in Florida for two years and is hoping that she
can break out into the South Florida theater scene.
Hallie Paige Willer is a graduate of Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the
Arts and the Florida Atlantic University Theatre Department where she
received her BFA in 2000. She has been teaching theatre to young actors
for ten years and especially enjoys watching her students develop into
dynamic performers. Her experience includes work done over the past
22 years. Some of her favorite credits include her work with The Florida
Repatory Theatre in The True Story of Fiorello Laguardia, Shakespeare
By the Sea in A Midsummer Nights Dream, Richard III, and As You Like It
and the Royal Palm Beach Community Theatre in A Lovely Afternoon.
She recognizes that performers need to have a well-rounded grasp of the
theatrical arts and has taught classes ranging from the audition process
to complex character development. With experience teaching students
from age 3 through 18 she is especially qualified for her work at Standing
Ovation.
